Located in Bentley, Perth, Western Australia, our school provides education to Primary school students from Pre-Primary to Year 7. (i.e. Children from five (5) years of age through to twelve (12) years of age)

Established in 1994, Al-Hidayah Islamic School has developed a comprehensive education program taught to the highest standards according to Ministry of Education guidelines with a strong focus on Islamic Studies. This Muslim School provides a caring, Islamic environment suitable for any child in the Muslim Community.


To provide education in Religion Studies and Government Curriculum to the highest possible standards in an Islamic environment suitable for any child, irrespective of background or origin at a tuition fee rate that is both affordable to any family, irrespective of its financial circumstance and viable in relation to these objectives; and in so doing, ensuring that the Islamic nature of the School takes precedence over all other considerations.


To lay the best possible foundation for our students by way of a good example and comprehensive and balanced Islamically oriented education so that they can move forward successfully into higher education and vocational endeavours, and ultimately take their place as an integral part of the diverse multicultural society that is Australia, as confident, contributing Muslims who will be very much part of the solution to the ills of society and not part of the problem; while being ever mindful of the hereafter.


The academic performance of Al-Hidayah Islamic School is outstanding. The school consistently achieves results well above the State average in both the Western Australian Literacy and Numeracy Assessment (WALNA) and EasyMark tests.

The Government Curriculum is vetted and edited to conform to Islamic knowledge and principles and is taught to the highest standards according to Ministry of Education guidelines.


Islamic Studies are conducted according to a structured curriculum that has been developed since the schools inception using sources that have been under development since the early 80's using English as the medium for instruction to ensure that the school is suitable for any child in the Muslim community.

Islamic Studies subjects include: Tawheed, Aqeedah, Essentials and Practices (Fiqh), Qur'an reading / recitation and memorization, Islamic History, Islamic Akhlaq and basic Arabic.

Islamic studies are also integrated with other subjects such as Science and Mathematics.
