After gaining private sector commercial experience in the early part of her career, Allison has spent the past 20 years in Executive Recruitment Consulting & Management. Specializing in Accounting & Finance and General Management appointments, she is an active member of the business community, and has sat on the Boards of several high profile SA organizations.

Allison holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
