The aim of our service is just that � to provide a shortlist of up to 5 candidates most closely suited to the role requirements, meaning that the employer has control over the face to face interview. We've been shaking up the recruitment market for 5 years now, and in these times of high numbers of applications, what we do is more relevant than ever!

If you're looking for a new position it is often a full time job in itself, going to agency interviews as well as meeting the employer after that.

With final5 you apply online, go through a telephone interview, and if the role matches your skills, knowledge and experience we send your details straight through to the employer.

The first person you meet with is the person who is making the decisions. Why do things any other way?

Traditionally there have been 2 ways of handling recruitment: advertising directly and going through the time-consuming process of managing applications internally, or using an agency which saves you time but is often a financially costly exercise.
