How does it work?

Targeted Search Fields
SEEK's Resume Search allows you to look for candidates based on the following criteria:

Salary Expectation Date Received
Location Work Status
Classification Country of Residence
Sub-Classification Education
Work Type Willingness to Relocate

Candidate email
SEEK's communication system allows you to send a bulk email to all candidates identified through Resume search advising of a particular job opportunity. Then, monitor the responses via SEEK's Candidate List. Candidates receive an email inviting 'Confirmation' or 'No Interest', and this information is then updated on your SEEK Candidate List.

Or, if you prefer jump on the phone immediately and contact candidates of interest. It's up to you.

 

Resume Database
Job seekers can classify their Resume status in three ways: Public, Private or Anonymous. The Anonymous option allows candidates to post their Resume online with the option of keeping contact details Anonymous. When you identify candidate's with skills and experience of interest to you, you can invite them, via SEEK's candidate communication process, to make their details available to you.

This protection over privacy encourages more candidates to place their details on SEEK, without concerns their current employer learning of their intentions. Additionally, job seekers can nominate to 'block' certain companies from seeing their Resume offering even more privacy to candidates.

Saved Searches
Save your search criteria, then return to SEEK anytime to quickly check on new Resumes that have been added to the database matching your criteria. This efficient feature saves you time and allows you to keep on top of interesting candidates as they are added to the database.

Your Candidate List
Easily manage the candidates you have identified as part of your Resume Search. Your Candidate List is the home of your hot prospects, and you can easily manage the status of each candidate from initial contact through to offer stage. Your Candidate List also allows you to send bulk communications and/or forward candidate details to a colleague. View sample.


What does it cost?

Resume Search is purchased for the same set of locations and Classification/Sub-Classification criteria as specific job ad/s you have listed on SEEK. Just enquire with a SEEK Sales Representative for further details on 13 64 34 or request information online.


How do I get it?

For security reasons you must be a subscription customer and complete an approval process before Resume Search can be activated. For more information on activating Resume Search please contact SEEK Customer Service on 1300 658 700 between 7am and 7pm AEST, Monday to Friday.
