How does it work?

There are two options available to meet your organisation's needs. The first is a simple Jobs Listing of your organisation's jobs plus the technology and interface to accept online applications. This is recommended for organisations that have up to 40 vacancies at one time. The second option is a Job Search box, providing a more robust solution with the ability to search by classification, location and/or keyword plus an online application component.

Option one - Job List
More suitable for company's with up to 40 vacancies at one time, a SEEK Job List provides a summary of available positions in date order.

Option two - Job Search
If you have in excess of 40 job vacancies at one time, we recommend you utilize a Job Search box on your site providing comprehensive job search functionality for candidates. This includes:
  • A gateway page which is created and hosted by SEEK;
  • A search box that searches your company's jobs;
  • An interface which allows online applications

Development & Maintenance
SEEK Onsite follows an Application Service Provider (ASP) approach. In short, this means the solution is hosted and managed by SEEK. Once you select the SEEK Onsite option, no further work is required by your organisation to build, manage or maintain this technology - SEEK provides this service.

Updates are equally as hassle free with ads automatically updated to your company's site as you update your ads on SEEK - no duplication of uploading is required.

The Interface
SEEK is one of Australia's most popular websites with one of the easiest and most user friendly interfaces for job applicants. SEEK Onsite takes advantage of this interface and ensures a straightforward search and application process for candidates.
