Alexia Hilbertidou founded Girlboss New Zealand at just 16 years old, as an organisation to empower young women in leadership, science, technology, engineering and mathematics. In just over three years, it’s become a network of 13,000 young women across Australia and New Zealand.

She shared with us what her generation values when it comes to careers and leadership.

Alexia spoke to Talent Talks at the 2019 World Employment Conference.
