Our Graduate Program has been designed to accelerate your career. The 2-year program offers an exceptional foundation, where you will enhance your analytical and problem-solving skills, and gain hands-on operational experience. You will rapidly grow professionally, and immediately experience the impact your work makes on fellow SEEKers and our customers.
When you start, you will:
Be setup for success with our accelerator training program
Explore four 6-month rotations across different areas of the business, such as core strategy, artificial intelligence (AI), product development, commercial excellence and our internal start-ups
Have a dedicated career coach, a seasoned leader within the business, who will support, guide and mentor you in your early career and beyond
Drive decisions that have real-time impact and shape our business priorities
Learn from senior leaders and subject matter experts with diverse backgrounds, including global technology companies and management consulting
Work on platforms with millions of monthly users, across more than a dozen countries, including developing, early-stage and mature businesses
Be based at our brand new, state of the art global HQ here in Melbourne
Be paid $95,000 + super + annual performance bonus.
When you finish, the pathways are endless. You’ll be a well-rounded and trusted advisor and as a permanent employee from the beginning, you’ll have access to roles across the business. Our Grad alumni have moved into various roles across SEEK; Strategy Analyst, Product Manager, Commercial Analyst and more.
