Our process

Throughout the SEEK hiring process, you will have the space and opportunity to show us who you are, what you're great at and how you want to develop. You may be asked to present a case study, demonstrate some of your previous work or complete testing relevant to the role you are applying for. Our top tip is just to be yourself! We value diversity of thought and want to see what you can bring that no-one else can.

The first step is for us to connect, this is usually in the form of an application to a job we post

We chat

We are keen to get to know you over the phone or video to clarify your interest in SEEK, share more about the role and answer any questions

We meet

Our first face-to-face interview will be focused on us getting to know you, how you like to work, and showing you what life at SEEK is like

Showcase your skills

Your second interview is an opportunity for you to showcase how you will bring your expertise to the role, in the form of a case study or technical problem for you to solve

SEEK is a collaborative place, so we usually get you to meet the team or stakeholders you will be working with

Our diligence

We may ask you to complete a psychometric assessment, complete any necessary compliance checks and speak to people you have worked with before
