SEEK is set for growth, with an ambition to double our revenue in the next five years. From a digital start up 25 years ago, we are always finding new ways to deliver on our purpose to help people live more fulfilling lives and help organisations succeed thanks to the passion and creativity of our people.

During our twice-yearly Hackathon, SEEKers from across the business work together to create innovative products, concepts, prototypes, or a business case that helps SEEK to deliver to our purpose. It doesn't necessarily have to be something new and shiny; it could also be a brilliant fix for an existing back-office problem or process.
