Andrew is the Group CEO of SEEK Limited and an Executive Director. He co-founded the company in 1997 and has been involved in all stages of the development of the business since then. In particular, Andrew has driven the strategy of the SEEK Group since its inception, and led the creation and development of the international and education businesses.
Prior to co-founding SEEK, Andrew was a management consultant with Booz Allen & Hamilton and, prior to that, he worked as a solicitor at Corrs Chamber Westgarth. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) from the University of Melbourne, a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Monash University and a Master of Business Administration from Melbourne Business School.
Geoff has overall responsibility for SEEK's global Finance and Administration operations as well as Investor Relations, ensuring the necessary operational and financial processes and infrastructure are in place and aligned with SEEK's strategies and continued rapid growth.
Geoff joined SEEK in 2015, with more than 20 years of Finance experience, including as Managing Partner of Deloitte Victoria, and Group CFO of AXA Asia Pacific for seven years.
Geoff holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Melbourne University and an Executive MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Geoff was appointed to the Board of AMP Limited in July 2016 and is Chair of the Audit Committee.
As CEO of Asia Pacific and Americas, Michael leads SEEK’s Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia, Brazil and Mexico businesses. Under Michael’s leadership is the AP&A Executive Leadership Team operating SEEK ANZ, SEEK Asia, Catho and OCC Mundial, as well as the AP&A Product & Technology Team and the AP&A Strategy & Platforms Team.
Michael previously held the position of Managing Director of SEEK ANZ where he led SEEK’s employment and learning businesses, encompassing SEEK, SEEK Learning, SEEK Business and SEEK Volunteer.
Prior to SEEK, Michael has worked for McKinsey & Company, Tabcorp and the Collingwood Football Club. Michael also served in the Australian Army Ready Reserve as an infantry platoon commander and is a graduate of the Royal Military College, Duntroon.
Michael holds Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Commerce degrees from Melbourne University and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University.
Kathleen is responsible for Human Resources and Corporate Communications across the SEEK Group. The focus of her role is to create an environment for the people at SEEK to achieve the company's growth agenda and build on its unique and highly respected company culture.
In addition to her role as Group Human Resources Director, Kathleen also holds the position of SEEK Asia Pacific and Americas Chief Human Resources Officer.
Kathleen joined SEEK in May 2016, bringing a wealth of experience across the technology, professional services and employment industries. Before joining SEEK, Kathleen worked for IBM in various roles across the Asia Pacific region, most recently as HR Director for Australia and New Zealand. Prior to this, she held senior HR roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting and Robert Walters. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Science with a double major in Psychology.
Simon is responsible for the Asia Pacific and Americas operating business’ Strategy, Platforms and Artificial Intelligence teams. Simon brings to this role his previous experience as Group Strategy Director, and he serves on the board of several of SEEK’s strategic minority investments.
Prior to joining SEEK, Simon worked in strategy roles at Telstra and A.T. Kearney. Simon also has over 10 years’ experience working extensively in online industries in Australia and the UK, including governments and start-ups.
Simon holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School and a Bachelor of Business from Monash University majoring in Marketing.
Ronnie is responsible for driving mergers and acquisitions across the SEEK Group, including negotiations with partners and managing external stakeholders.
Ronnie started at SEEK in 2005 as an analyst in the SEEK ANZ Corporate Strategy Team. He has had several roles in the business since then, being involved in most of SEEK’s transactions and worked closely post-transaction with (but not limited to) Zhaopin, SEEK Asia, Bangladesh and Africa. Ronnie has a Bachelor of Commerce from Melbourne University.
Isar is responsible for overseeing the operational performance of businesses within the SEEK Investments portfolio, which includes Zhaopin, Online Education Services, and SEEK’s early stage ventures. He also plays a senior leadership role in the Group’s investment activities.
Before his current role, Isar was Managing Director of SEEK International. Prior to joining SEEK, Isar's career spanned both strategic and operational leadership roles at The Boston Consulting Group, Telstra, Shell, and Positivo - one of Latin America's largest technology and education groups.
Isar has a Bachelor of Engineering from Brazil's Federal University of Technology and an MBA from INSEAD in France where he graduated in the Dean's List of Achievement.
