Andrew is the CEO of SEEK Limited and an Executive Director and co-founded the company in 1997. He has been involved in all stages of the development of the business since then. In particular, Andrew has driven since inception the strategy of the group and led the creation and development of the international and education businesses.
Prior to co-founding SEEK, Andrew was a management consultant with Booz Allen & Hamilton and prior to that, he worked as a solicitor at Corrs Chamber Westgarth. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) degree from the University of Melbourne, a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree from Monash University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Melbourne Business School.
Geoff has overall responsibility for SEEK's global finance and administration operations as well as investor relations, ensuring the necessary operational and financial processes and infrastructure are in place and aligned with SEEK's strategies and continued rapid growth.
Geoff joined SEEK in 2015, with more than 20 years of Finance experience, including as Managing Partner of Deloitte Victoria, and Group CFO of AXA Asia Pacific for seven years.
Geoff holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Melbourne University and an Executive MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Geoff was appointed to the Board of AMP Limited in July 2016 and is Chair of the Audit Committee.
Kathleen is responsible for Human Resources and Corporate Communications across the SEEK Group. The focus of her role is to create an environment for the people at SEEK to achieve the company's growth agenda and build on the unique company culture at SEEK.
Kathleen joined SEEK in May 2016, bringing a wealth of experience across the technology, professional services and employment industries. Before joining SEEK, Kathleen worked for IBM in various roles across the Asia Pacific region, most recently as HR Director for Australia and New Zealand. Prior to this she held senior HR roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting and Robert Walters. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Science with a double major in Psychology.
Ronnie is responsible for driving SEEK’s acquisition activity across the Group. Ronnie will lead transactions within the SEEK Group, including negotiations with partners and managing external stakeholders.
Ronnie started at SEEK in 2005 as an analyst in the Corporate Strategy team. He has had several roles in the business since then, with the most time spent as a Strategy Manager in the International team, playing a lead role in all acquisition activity, as well as working closely with our businesses in South East Asia, Bangladesh and Africa. Ronnie has a bachelor degree in Commerce from Melbourne University.
Michael leads SEEK’s employment and learning businesses across the Australia and New Zealand market, encompassing SEEK, SEEK Learning, SEEK Business and SEEK Volunteer.
Prior to SEEK, Michael has worked for McKinsey & Company, Tabcorp and the Collingwood Football Club. Michael also served in the Australian Army Ready Reserve as an infantry platoon commander and is a graduate of the Royal Military College, Duntroon.
Michael holds Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Commerce degrees from Melbourne University and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University.
Simon is responsible for driving the business strategy of our employment businesses across all the markets in which SEEK operates. Simon brings to this role his previous experience as Strategy Director for the Australian employment business. In addition Simon is responsible for key innovation areas including Marketplace Analytics and serves on the board of several of SEEK’s strategic minority investments.
Prior to working at SEEK, Simon worked in strategy roles at Telstra and A.T. Kearney. Simon also has over 10 years’ experience working extensively in online industries in Australia and the UK including governments and start-ups.
Simon holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School and a Bachelor of Business degree from Monash University majoring in marketing.
Isar is responsible for all of SEEK's international businesses across both employment and education outside of Australia and New Zealand. Isar is also responsible for driving operational collaboration across SEEK's assets, including global product and technology initiatives. He is also the lead Executive on SEEK's Australian education joint venture, Online Education Services.
Prior to working at SEEK, Isar's career spanned both strategy and operational leadership roles at The Boston Consulting Group, Telstra, Shell, and Positivo - one of Latin America's largest technology and education groups.
Isar has a Bachelor of Engineering from Brazil's Federal University of Technology and an MBA from INSEAD in France where he graduated in the Dean's List of Achievement.
