SEEK Recognised Among Australia's Top Workplace Giving Programs in 2024

SEEK has received prestigious recognition at the 2024 Workplace Giving Australia (WGA) Awards, earning multiple honours for its charitable initiatives.

The company won the "Best Payroll Giving Program" award for its Small Change program and team member Andy Maxey was named the first-ever "Workplace Giving Champion of the Year." SEEK was also recognised as runner-up in the Best Innovation category.

Standing out from numerous Australian businesses, SEEK secured nominations in three of the seven award categories—more than any other organisation this year. The judges particularly praised the company's Small Change Challenge and its ambassador program, which has revitalized workplace giving through accessible and engaging initiatives.

Award judges highlighted several noteworthy aspects of SEEK's charitable program:

  • An exceptional 62% employee participation rate in workplace giving, dramatically higher than the national average of 4.5%

  • Dollar-for-dollar matching of employee donations

  • Special fundraising campaigns during the holiday season and Workplace Giving Month

  • Creative fundraising challenges and activities

The success of Small Change demonstrates how thoughtfully designed workplace giving programs can create meaningful community impact while fostering a positive company culture.
