i usually ask what difficulties the previous worker experienced in the role.. i am based in admin / reception work, so knowing helps me feel out the work load the expectations and struggles one might face in the role. whether its support from higher ups in the role, difficult calls or high work load with lack of assistance. its good to know if the role is for you or not.. if this is not a suitable question please let me know. it works for me but might not be suitable for all roles
