Hi Mahdi, It's very uncommon for Australian and NZ employers to offer visa sponsorships up front as part of the employment offer, especially for job seekers not currently in Australia. We would recommend exploring your visa options with either the Department of Home Affairs in Australia, or the New Zealand Immigration, in NZ.
