the campaign I worked on wasn't a good experience, having to deal with unsatisfied customers & complaints daily, and not being able to provide a positive outcome, because of the company's horrible terms & conditions.

Being in the role for 1yr and a bit and still being treated unfairly by management never in life have I been treated the way this place treated me. TOXIC environment

Meeting new people and the laughs Working from home which makes it convenient.
The challenges
Taking to many complaints, keeping up with KPIS, a lot more things!

- Working from home was great until we were asked to return to the office - Pay is good if you are casual only
The challenges
- No work/life balance - Management and the work place are very toxic - Was not recognised or acknowledged by management for the hard work or extra effort that was put in - Pay is bad if you are full time or part time

Full work from home, office completely optional and many of us have never set foot in the office. Supportive environment even while WFH

Very bad experience with this company, would not recommend at all for anyone. Particularly management, acted very poorly and unprofessional.
