I have moved in a few businesses and this company is finally rewarding my loyalty.

The good things
Being valued for my work ethic and I enjoy the interaction with the people I deal with in my office, across Australia and overseas.
The challenges
Some of the people who do not realise how good they have it. The flexibility of work just needs to be more inline with current companies' responses.

A place to avoid.

Fellow workers are great.

Expected to work more than 42.5 hours with no overtime. Depressing place to work. Mates get promoted over better candidates. Poor management at all levels.

Not good.

The good things
A few great people, but generally an employer to avoid.
The challenges
Culture, strategy, micro managing or nothing. No consistency or predictability. I've recently been made aware that there are a never of false reviews here from current staff in an effort to lift the average ranking. This is very disapointing but also not surprising.

Unwanted stress and work hours not worth it

The good things
Some of the people and opportunities given, but only if you’re the right personality.
The challenges
You’re just a number and aren’t valued by anyone. Managers and advisors across the company in roles they have no idea about. Fake positive reviews done by internal people to outweigh the negatives and truth.

Not good....

The good things
The work crew and other team members made the days abit easier.
The challenges
Upper management have no clue or even check in on you. They just like to have their fingers in every pie of construction and maintenance but not really care for the employees. Just look at the turn over in the past 3 years.....
