Extremely poor management who overlook employee's dedication and hard work, provide no support and no career development opportunity to their employee except false commitment. Treat decades of contributions as nothing and dump valuable senior staff as rubbish. Management makes decisions by impulse without proper planning and cracks down complaints and grievance.
