From the outside the organisation looks professional, but in reality there are a number of issues. Unskilled and experienced people are trying to provide services to clients they have not idea about.

The good things
Wide opportunity of projects to work on.
The challenges
Management is very unorganised. Internal communications is very poor with no clear direction.

Pretty good if you can keep a full timesheet and like excessive hours

The good things
Hard to distinguish from any other top tier consultancy. Similiar to AECOM/GHD/SMEC. Pay is good. people are good. office and location is good. work flexibility is good. Plenty of diverse work and projects. Overseas opportunities.
The challenges
Weak management, with high turnover. An excessive focus on money and billability. For example, a lot of jobs have been outsourced to Manilla for profit reasons. If your hours are low for longer than 1-2 months, they'll let you go. The pressure to constantly perform is very high forcing people to work long hours (though no longer unusual these days), hence the large turnover rate.

Office Administrator/ office manager

Job itself was good, if only management were properly trained & there were more opportunities and roles for women.

The good things
The staff I worked with were great. The location of the office was excellent being in the heart of the city.
The challenges
No flexibility at all despite being a “flexible company”. Poor management. No opportunities for women with families.
