Great place to work, does achieve incredible things.

The good things
Cares very much about it's employees, with well-being programs, Employee assistance programs, and other staff related initiatives in place.
The challenges
It's a little old-fashioned trying hard to drag itself into the 21st century

Very unorganised and uninspiring company to work for

The good things
The pay is good however the shifts are so short (3 hours) it makes it hard to justify staying at the venue.
The challenges
Management are very difficult to work with. They do not value you, make extremely poor decisions and treat you so poorly. There is no prospect for career progression at all as well.
