Management. You need to want to be a mortgage broker, to progress anywhere.

Good company to work for, potentially when busy. At the moment with rates rocketing, very quiet and if you'd like to be busy and proactive, this is not for you.

The good things
Flexibility with working hours Good office culture Fun team
The challenges
Nothing to do when a quiet period

Stressful

The good things
Good location in the CBD, central to public transport.
The challenges
There is a toxic culture at Aussie. If you do not fit a particular work style you will not last long in their head office. Run.
