Aged Care Support Worker

Newcastle NSW 2300

Absolutely nightmare and the worse company I have ever worked for.

The good things
Not having to deal with management on a daily basis
The challenges
Management was the challenge from day one. No support was a challenge especially when you need assistance urgently no direct number to your supervisor

Home Care Worker

Bowral NSW 2576

Felt invisible. No care given to care workers. 6 to 8 hours cleaning every day. When brought up with management, all they said was, ‘ that is what the work entails’.

The good things
Nothing good about this company.
The challenges
All cleaning. Didn’t receive personal care work.

Sydney NSW 2000

I was introduced to the amazing company in the interview but after starting work I saw the truth and is completely far from what's presented. As a part-time wee don't have a schedule every week you have a different client that you don't know. We cannot organise our week with that.

The good things
Doesn't have good things at all only gym passport that is good if you have a family
The challenges
Unprepared supervisors and liders, didn't support the workers and didn't care about the service provided to the Aboriginal clients that's is very frustrating.

The challenges
inexperienced team leaders and management and bad management from the very top of a big company in their roles and do not provide sound guidance for me or decent one on one training

DO NOT give this company your time, you will deeply regret it.

Working from home, access to discounts on health insurance.
