The good things
The only good thing is you're often done by 5 if you work in the branches.
The challenges
Worst job with the worst management. Credit managers have no idea what they're doing so it's impossible to get deals through. Middle managers are incompetent and blame staff to cover their own lack of leadership. High staff turnover is a result of this. Poor IT systems.
