A good place to work and gain experience

The good things
Diverse team of people with managers and directors that are on the ball and aspire to be at the forefront of technology in the manufacturing industry. Long hours available for DIDO staff and facilities being improved. Only going to get better.
The challenges
Culture is different at the different branches and I don't think there is enough social opportunities set up by the company or HR. Maybe they could arrange a couple of events at the Bruce Rock site?
