The good things
The right teams have good rapport and working conditions. They offer fair salaries & good benefits.
Visibility and accessibility to directors and upper management was good.
The challenges
Being successful without joining a clique was hard.
Too much undeserved internal promotion. ie. I will promote my friend because I can trust them, even though they might not be the best person for the job.
Generic training and courses with very little follow up.
No shrinkage for proper team development.
