The good things
Nothing much as they just try to run the departments with no sense of respect at all.
The challenges
Management never there when you need them, you ask for things and nothing gets done.
Safety what Safety they need a good hard look at themselves on this. Example: You shouldn't have to pick up a power board that is lying in water.
Communication they pride themselves on and it is not evident at all from the top.
