The good things
Having worked at Catch's web development team for almost 3 years now, I find the people are very competent yet very friendly and ready to help. The management actively listens to feedback/concerns and always seek thoughtful ways to improve the work environment and arrangement.
As a testament to Catch's relaxed and fun culture, there are quite a number of people have been with Catch for more than 7 years, and I plan to stay for a long time too.
On the frontend side of things, we are currently in the process of moving from legacy code to new bleeding-edge tech stack, so plenty of exciting opportunities to learn and get experience.
Reasonable and flexible working hours. Decent pay. Perks weren't super great when I started, but now that they're owned by Wesfarmers, we have access to a whole new range of perks available.
