The good thingsNot much!!! Their untrained management & supervisors can be seen as positive because they've got no idea about proper processes & procedures or even their existence!
The challengesSTRESS! Excessive workloads. NEVER having fill-in staff. Poor support. Their clients are more important than their staff!
