Silent achievers and performers are hardly appreciated, recognised and acknowledged here. Top management treat employees like they work for them, not with them.

The good things

Good team - in a small scale. The bigger team is a big mess. Some people are polymaths (in my small team), but others would be happy to just delegate unwanted jobs for the polymaths.

Worst organization I have worked for. It's a game of who knows whom, your skills and experience means nothing.

The good things

Only good thing is the CBRE brand

The challenges

Managers don't know what they are doing and have zero engineering skills. Extremely stressful and negative environment to work especially in the office.

I had to deal with people who can not deal well with other cultures, lazy and not educated people. It is a bit theatrical: managers working from home on their cheap suits while they have no idea about they are doing. But lots of money around since they have only big clients.

Very toxic work environment and no support from management or opportunities for growth in the company. Working in the office was terrible and was like walking on eggshells when management was in.
