Loved Real Estate but not in this Office.
The good things
Had good staff and enjoyed the work, ended up leaving because of a manager that didn't have a clue and left for home on the dot most days
The challenges
The large workload for one person to effectively carry out what was required. This then required long hours that were not recognized.

Meet lots of people, never boring, challenging, ability to learn sales, marketing, accounts, law, and all property areas.

A good start however was not given a fair go and the lack of wanting to improve and do better by you as an employee by the principal ultimately made me leave the company.

Being given the opportunity to learn from your mistakes
The challenges
Not consistently paying the correct amount on the correct date. Did not feel respected as a human being I would constantly be disregarded and would be lucky to get a hello from sales agents throughout the day. Egos were a problem.
