Good enough if you are satisfied staying in the one position for years to come

The good things

The salary is good in line with the sector and majority of colleagues and management were professional and responsive. There is a good social club.

There were some colleagues and management stuck in their ways and discouraged innovation. There wasn't much room for career advancement it was a matter of whomever could stick it out the longest got the promotion by default rather than merit.
