Parks and Gardens Labourer

It's getting worse.

The good things
Good pay for what you do. RDO. Most employees are good, honest people. Stable and secure job.
The challenges
Management will throw you under the bus to make themselves look better. They don't get rid of lazy/bad workers so you need to do extra work to cover them. A lot of working on busy road medians (dangerous). Too much red tape.

I enjoyed my time here and would recommend this workplace as a progressive and professional, well run local government.

The good things
Professional local government. Supportive team.

Distance from home. Lack of recognition of capabilities and prior experience.
