The staff that I gotten to know over so many years working at CBA. Also my clients that I would give great professional, loyal, friendly and happy customer service. My customers that would prefer me to handle their enquiries and business.

The challenges

Handling angry and upset customers and trying to resolve the issue/s. I got to learn and deal with customer/s who where upset with the bank and there everyday banking needs. Listening to their problems and trying to resolve them the best way I could under the banks guidelines. Giving the best customer service I can calmly, patiently and with empathy. Good listener and resolving the matter as quickly as possible and following any follow ups if it got handle by another department. I dealt with a variety of customers.
