The good things

The challenger culture of Optus Business means it is a company more willing to adapt it's processes and services to customer requirements. There are a lot of good people in Optus Business who want to achieve good outcomes. It has good processes for managing poor people performance

The challenges

Optus is very Sydney centric, thus opportunities for Melbourne based people are limited. There is no balance between creating highly competitive environment and teamwork. The senior management environment is fairly toxic with high turnover of management.
