The good things

Onsite gym, onsite bar, convenience store and multiple food outlets, staff discounts, diverse and welcoming environment regardless of background/sexual orientation

The challenges

The company has changed so much from when I first started working there 8 years ago it is almost unrecognizable. Less focus on people and more attention to the bottom line. Inept management that aren't able to support and drive changing business dynamic effectively. Little recognition of positive feedback and much more focus on negatives
