The good things

Work from home co-workers who were also working for next to nothing with no support and poor equipment, we managed to help customers in spite of Salmat, not because of them.

The challenges

Very poor management skills, no concern about either the workers or the customers, poor equipment and no technical people to fix it, they higher people from overseas at ridiculous prices - probably why they paid us so little.
