The good things

They're an equal opportunity employer so I was working with people from different backgrounds which was nice. They hire quickly and have a high turn over for staff so jobs are always available. Their KPIs are easy to meet and maintain to make commission.

The challenges

Management was tiered, didn't communicate with each other and was generally awful to deal with. The rostering is random and erratic, it doesn't give you much opportunity to cultivate a sleep schedule or plan ahead. Requests to change your availabilities were pretty much always ignored and they did not allow you to take a particular day off if you needed it. There was a lot of favourtism in play so only specific people were offered the better paying shifts on weekends and public holidays. The pay rate is pretty low for the amount of training and work you are expected to do.
