The good things

The people within the company worked very hard on a daily basis and seemed to have a good team going with long term employees. I was welcomed as a new-comer.

The challenges

The role was a bit daunting only because, it required a bit more in - depth training as to what would be required on a daily basis.I never got to grips with the role as my contract was cut short due to changes within the company
