I did not enjoy working for Salmat.

The good things
Flexible hours that allow for school and uni students to organise their work according to their schedules to some extent.
The challenges
Extremely low payment rates. Contracts and week systems regarding waste collection from your house and the delivery of new catalogues change all the time and changes take place as quickly as notified to there's no time to adjust. The workload is quite heavy for the money at the end.

overall a hard job to have, very time consuming.

The good things
was a good workout and brochures were delivered at my house on time.
The challenges
the challenges is that they were really heavy since i was like 15 i was not able to carry such great weights and the pay did not match the time and effort that was put into delivering on time mixed with school work.

Although staff were friendly, the pay and the effort are not worth it

The good things
The recruitment process with the employers was nice, they told me everything I need to know and were very nice
The challenges
It took way too long to do the job, and the pay per hour was ridiculously lower than the minimum wage payments
