The good things
I loved the inclusive and collaborative corporate culture, the high standard of professionalism, and the demonstrated investment in employees through ongoing training.
The challenges
Delivering the highest standard possible in my role while maintaining a work-life balance.

It was absolutely horrible.

The good things
Meeting a variety of people from diverse backgrounds.
The challenges
Micromanagement, little opportunity for progression unless you are a director of partner, constantly being told I need to change my personality, constant gossiping that has no relevance to the work at hand, not enough money for the hours put in.
