It's work, simple but not easy to understand, customer service has always been known with problems but most of the customers are always understanding when they can see someone is trying.

Learning to work with different people, different working belief and almost never ending work to be done, 3 tasks to be done at once while only getting paid once, even if each task each takes an hour, they expect it to be completed in 1 hour.
