The challenges

To do the required amount of work pressure to work excessive hours - not uncommon for people to work +60 hours per week Culture very challenging at the moment - sense of team is diminishing Lots of turnover at senior level means constantly shifting focus on priorities and changing strategies With pressure on cost replacing people that leave becoming more difficult putting more pressure on the team that remains.
