The good things

Flexible work hours - I am able to negotiate what hours I want to work so that I still have time for uni work atmosphere - colleagues are always great to work with, most managers are also easy going; I've became great friends with many people I've worked with at the reject shop

The challenges

Work load - very hard work, especially if you are a stock worker, there is always so much to do and the managers expect a lot of work from you. A job at the reject shop truly does push you beyond your limits!
