Supervisor'Good company, for those looking to break into the retail sector'former employee

The good things

Great team members generally, always something new everyday. Good staff discount percentage. Amount of job security for those with a contract. Good paid maternity leave and flexible working arrangements for return to work.

The challenges

Low wage percentages mean more work but less staff to do so, and little room to call more in even when needed so undue stress is placed on management. Not much flexible work options for those wanting to be managers but also have young kids ( part time managers/ job share), high staff turnover due to no job security ( limited contracted staff) and poor treatment
