Honestly (and not being bitter...) nothing.

The challenges

Archaic management, work environment that made half of my team physically unwell (dusty, poor ergonomics, unsanitary facilities), lack of leadership is met with a lack of investment in people so there is no opportunity to thrive as a professional and bring your skills. Has a ‘safety first’ ‘customer first’ ‘commercially strong’ slogan and does not practice any of it.
