The good things

Staff travel definitely was a major plus! But also the different people you meet, both colleagues and passengers. Really helped develop confidence levels in situations outside my comfort zone.

The challenges

Dealing with issues such as offloads, system outages, delays- but ultimately it taught me a lot! Team building was a positive that came out of the challenges.
