Cabin Crew'A great opportunity to work as cabin crew, would recommend to friends and family. Management are approachable, friendly and supportive, as long as you respect the requirements of the role.'Sydney NSW, AustraliaLess than 1 year in the role, current employee

The good things

Currently employed as a casual for Altara and finding there is plenty of flexibility and ability to swap shifts, in fact it's the best part about this role for me. The crew in Sydney are awesome. As long as you are honest, hard working and reliable, you will do well in this role.

The challenges

Getting used to shift work (early starts) and being adaptable to changes. Ground school is tough and you will need to place your entire life on hold, however it is totally worth it when you complete your training and feel a great sense of pride in how far you've come.
