The good things

Working for Jetstar is very diverse. You learn from check in through to dispatch and also international.I loved the interaction with passengers as they were going on holidays.

The challenges

The challenges are getting use to the shift work.Early starts or very late finishes. Dealing with passengers who have missed their flight. It is important to be patient and understanding.
