The good things

The people on the ground that you work with on a daily basis. Staff, farmers and outload drivers.

The challenges

Minimum experienced staff in peak harvest and outturn periods. Urealistic expectations from management during the busiest periods for core staff. Large numbers of backpackers with no training/experience or loyalty to the company. Most are there with the veiw that it is four to six weeks work and that reflects on their commitment to the job.
