Opportunity to work plenty of overtime. Trucks are reasonably well maintained and variety if you need it.

The challenges

Poor communication Channels. Sometimes hard to get things done or done properly. Important information often takes longer than it should to get to the drivers. Drivers often not consulted on important things that effect them and the efficient use of trucks and time.
