It wasn't always bad, then they were bought out twice and everything fell over.

The good things
The team I worked with were brilliant.
The challenges
Management are disconnected, you get more and more work put on you without any pay rise, leave can be denied without a legitimate reason, unprofessional treatment of staff is out of control and it just falls on deaf ears. The list is endless, but for the most part the general staff are lovely.

Over-worked and under-paid.

The good things
The guys in the field were great to work with.
The challenges
Management constantly micro-managing and never appreciating the hard work you put in or trusting that you’re a hard working, dedicated, competent and intelligent employee.
