I have really enjoyed working here and hope to see where it takes me

The good things
The people I work with are great, my role is fairly simple but never a dull moment. The office is great and I enjoy that there's always some kind of event happening.
The challenges
Occasionally difficult customers.

It paid the bills, made a couple of nice friends, gave me the necessary experience for my current job.

Management - how long you have been employed is looked at more than the quality of work when looking at annual reviews. Co-workers going behind your back

Has to be the worse place I've worked in 40 years

None really, location is the only good thing
The challenges
Management likes to pile on lower ranked staff, don't take responsibility for the problems they create. They pass the workload downwards instead of doing it themselves.

I've had a great experience at Concentrix, and would recommend anyone to work here.

The good things
Concentrix is a great place to work. The office environment is something that I have never experienced before. Everyone is so nice and the culture they have built reflects this.
The challenges
At times the work can be repetitive but that is mostly because the company has found such a simple and streamline approach to their systems.

Constantly understaffed and leadership who know nothing of what you are dealing with

Co workers and nothing else
The challenges
Changes to policy and legislation constantly which meant irate customers and you had no way of dealing with them

Unsatisfied and stressed every day.

The good things
My co-workers, meaning those on my pay grade, were absolutely lovely.
The challenges
Changes to policy every day. One day they tell you one thing and just as you get the hang of it, it's changed. Leadership are not all on the same page.
